This little guy is just blowing up, seems to grow everyday. Hopefully this one will be a male, I love the waiting game.

My goodness, what a gem you've got there. He seems to be super active...don't know why I think that. Nice pic.

Give me some more shots and ill give you my educated guess. I surprise myself with how often I'm correct....not to sound cocky lol

I have some at 2 months old that I'm positive are males already . Their are signs even at that age, just incredibly subtle signs.

I'll take pictures of the subtle differences in babies ImageUploadedByTortForum1382455043.566178.jpgif a miracle happens and I get some time

My god! What do you do with all those babies? I am overwhelmed with the five I just got. I can't imagine 42! How long until you let them go back into the pen with the others?

Also, what an incredible baby albino! I would love to have one of those!

Tank (on top) was really just trying to catch a ride until Chuy (on bottom) figured out what was going on.

Awesome photos G! I think these are the best shots yet..

I couldn't get any clean shots of him, then it hit me, brown. The dead banana leaf really allowed the camera to see the turtle.

Yes, they have a very antiqued look to them as adults. This female has a lot of orange all over her head and shell, very beautiful in my opinion.

Do you get enough albino babies to ever adopt them out? I would LOVE to have one of these. Albino red ears freak me out, but these guys are AWESOME!

LMAO, sorry, he is so ugly, that he is so cute. I don't mean that in a bad way, if you know what I mean. A face that can put a smile and a laugh every time.

I didn't produce these, albino box turtles have never been produced on purpose.

Hi Gerards,

This is my baby10582886_10203749325285311_3083461138957989104_o.jpg 10547307_10203749326205334_1379363448723318888_o.jpg albino box turtle, from what I understand they're pretty rare. This little guy was found beside Enoree river in South Carolina. I've rescued him (from the person that found him) and am now caring for the little guy.
He was being kept like an aquatic turtle, in water that was way too deep for him. I recognized that he was a Box Turtle and asked to take him home.

I own two ball pythons, a garter snake, a Pygmy Rattler, and a couple of leopard geckos but I've never owned a turtle. I've got him on an under tank heater but I'm not sure what kind of lighting would be suitable because he's albino. I was told that you should be able to answer my question. I've been offering him wax and meal worms along with pellets and so far i haven't seen him take any food but I'm trying to offer him a variety of things. I've included a picture of his current set up as well.
