Hi friends for few weeks im seeing this some kind of organ or somthing is coming out and it is not going back inside, i dont think its a male reproductive organ cuz I have seen in my tortoise if it comes out, it will go inside, so i dont think its a penis.

If anyone knows what is it please let me know and let me know how i can make it go inside.

I have attached video of it.

Note: turtle is not sick, active asusual and eating as usual.

Please someone explain this and advice me how to treat it.

Thanks in advance.

Sometimes females' parts protrude like that, as well as male parts. Have you noticed feces? Could she be constipated? egg bound?

Nothing of that sort. Eating well pooping well roaming well, but that thing is not getting inside back to the body
Whatever it is then, it has become prolapsed (be it penis, clitoris, or intestinal tissue) and you should take it to a good reptile vet for treatment/amputation. Sometimes prolapsed tissue becomes necrotic and could cause a life-threatening infection.
