1. Exo Terra solar glow
2. Zoo Med power sun
3. T Rex Flood

I just ordered a T-rex. I have seen quite a few people recommend it over the Powersun.

I'd add a Mega Ray bulb to your list to consider (Reptile UV). That's my personal preference.
