Another question...fish

Ok this is probably a stupid question my mother in law decided to give Robin my hermann some cooked fish confusing her for a turtle. She loved it! Is it harmful? I know that in the wild she wouldn't get fish so any pointers?

Vegetarian tortoises do seem to relish some animal protein occasionally. It's not harmful on occasion, just not daily.

I wouldn't give fish fixed in oil or with anything on it. If it were poached in plain water or boiled and no spices or salt.

Thanks very much guys just trying to get some variety it was steamed plain haddock. It wouldn't be frequent it would be a treat

A little bit like that should not harm your tortoise, but it is not something I would recommend or do on purpose. They don't need that.
