Yes they always have them here. I try and weed out the ones that are genuinely looking for a new home versus those that are selling inventory and/or those who are delusional and think a deeply pyramided sulcata can sell for $300-$1500+

Maybe those deeply pyramided Sulcata s actually sometimes do sell for those high prices because sad to say, ignorant people may think it's beautiful, being unaware that in fact, it's abnormal and caused by poor husbandry.

Who ever posted on CL must have found a home for the tortoise and removed the ad. Hopefully its a good thing...
