Yeah a typical "tortoise house" that is sold on amazon, etc. They are just called that for marketing, they aren't actually good for any size tortoise. They are too small for an adult russian, and too open-top for a baby... Please read the below. If you can't provide the size an adult needs, it may be something to reconsider...

I would definitely not get the one that is on a table, it will be next to impossible for you to expand it to the size you need, assuming you have the space. I have four of them strung together, and its still 2-3 of these two small to be his full time space.

Please read our care sheets and follow. For the months you were a member did you do any research on here? If so then you should have figured out that enclosure you linked is no good.
An adult will need at least a 4x8 foot enclosure.
A hatchling will need a closed chamber.
Seeing you don't have the tortoise yet, do a lot more research on this forum.

Lots of good tips in this thread so far. Please read those threads.

That enclosure isn't suitable for tortoises. You need something different.

Are you getting a baby or an adult? We want to help you have a positive tortoise keeping experience! :)

A baby would be considered a recent hatchling up to less than a year. A four year old would be considered an adult or sub-adult depending on size.

An adult Russian will need a 4x8 foot enclosure. You would need about 6 of those habitats all stuck together with tortoise sized holes drilled in them so the tortoise could move about.

I hope you will read the treads left by Mark and SinLA for you.
