Anyone know any reputable eastern box turtle breeders?

As the title states I'm looking for an eastern box turtle. Unfortunately, NJ prohibits you from buying turtles from in state so breeders like Garden State Tortoise are not an option.

Good question, since so many states have restrictions on possessing or selling box turtles.

Yeah, Chris Leone at Garden State Tortoise is great and would normally be my first choice to recommend for an EBT, but since you live in NJ I'll reach deeper into the bag and suggest Andrew Hermes at Arizona Tortoise Compound. I know he has some Three Toed and Ornate box turtles he works with, there may also be some EBT's in the mix. I have purchased some Asian species from him in the past and received well packaged specimens and good support after the purchase.

Try Tortstork, he's got them but I'm not sure if he currently has any available. I highly recommend him.
