Arcadia t5 tube kit issues

Hi ! It’s been 1 year since I got my Arcadia t5 tube set up so I decided to replace the bulb. Once I put in the new bulb I tossed the old one and carried on only to realize that it hadn’t been turning on for a couple of days. It didn’t work in any outlet so I thought I need to replace the whole kit. I ordered two new kits at this point and neither of them are working either ! I ordered through chewy. I can hear a buzz with the newest one but it is not lighting up. The bulb does sit very loosely. What am I doing wrong ? Worried my guy hasn’t been getting his light for a while now.

I had this problem and my bulb wasn’t very tight in the unit. I flipped it around and moved it right and left and it popped on. Works ok now. I think it happens
