Are sweet potatoes ok to feed to EBT'S ?

They love them! I read that they
were ok to give them.

I microwave sweet potato, carrots, and add any other veggie I have, then chop it up and add some fruit, greens, all chopped up and keep it in the refrigerator. They get this mix each AM, and in the late afternoon I give some worms, or protein. Every week I change the food, except for the carrots and sweet potato. This way they always get a veriety of foods, and they love the sweet potato, so they eat everything.
