Are these safe?

I ordered some Hardy Hibiscus seeds from a guy on ebay and he sent a bag of free seeds. The bag says Coreopsis Tinctoria - dwarf red. Basically I just want to know if I can plant them or if I should just toss 'em out. Thanks in advance

Coreopsis is a great plant for the tortoise yard. Its edible and its pretty! Plant it!!

Awesome. Dipp, Dott, Catie, and I thank you. Well I guess I'm off to plant all my new seeds. I got 45 Hibiscus and I'm not even gonna try to count the Coreopsis seeds lol
