Yesterday morning my torts had a little runny nose i moved them into my living room bumped up there heat and there about 4 feet from 2 heaters and this morning they have no runny noses and eatting and drinking

There's no way to really tell. Continue this for a few more days to make sure.

What could stress them out im the only onr that handles them the cats cant get to them they get feed the same time everyday soke eveyother day should i soke them less now that its getting colder they always have water

It may have just been due to getting a little colder then normal? I don't know about others, but my three leopards and even my russian, sure never seem stressed, so if they are, it's not always easy to tell it.

Stress is from many different causes - being a little too cold, other tortoises, breeding, something new in the habitat. Who knows???

They might even be stressing each other out! Tortoises are bullies to each other, and they might just be getting fed u with it.
I would not stop soaking. In fact, because they are still smaller babies, I'd soak everyday! :D
