Baby russian feeding question

Hey guys! I was wondering what time of the day should I feed my Keian? I noticed he's more hungry during afternoons. I feed him a staple of hibiscus that I mix with bermuda grass, mustard greens and other good stuff. I just worry that he doesn't eat much during the day but when I wake him up during evenings he gobbles everything up. Yesterday he didn't eat much. his food was left untouched so I woke him up at 10 in the evening and tried to feed him, and he ate everything that I offered him. Will you please help me?

Tortoises are grazers. I like them to have food available whenever the "sun" is up.
