I'm sure of specific dimensions because he'd have to stay in my bedroom.

If I buy or make one out if wood, won't it mold and be very difficult to keep clean?

If you're building it you can design it to make cleaning easy and make it as accessible as possible. The wood will need to be treated, probably a few coats, to protect the wood and keep mold from growing.

Build one, I did just bought some wood from Home Depot, nailed it together and put plastic down so the wood doesn't get moldy or weird.

Measure the space you have and build the biggest enclosure that you can fit there. I use plywood and 2x4s to build my enclosures. I sometimes paint the outsides, but I never paint or treat the insides with anything. I have enclosures that have been damp and housing humidity loving species for 10 years and they have not rotted yet. Still working fine right now with no wood treatment at all.

Warmer daytime basking temps, cooler night temps, soaking a few times a week, and a larger enclosure, should get your little man all squared away.
