Hi all again, I was wondering if I put out a shallow plastic container of water and build mulch around it would that be enough water or do I still need to soak them too. Virginia is extremely humid so I'm not sure. Also if I throw out grass seed as well as let the weeds grow is that enough food or should I plan on planting other things. I was thinking of planting flowers in all the cinder blocks along the fence line. Sorry for so many questions
