Betty's beak used to be long but she's been filing it down. It is getting an irregular shape. Is this a concern? She eats like a champ but it almost looks like her jaw is crooked.

Yes, its a problem. You'll need to file that lower bear so its not pointing straight out. The way it is now, the tortoise has no "bite." I would not try to let this happen naturally. It should be done by a vet first, THEN you can go the natural way.
