My niece is transferring to a new college and is unable to keep her bearded dragon so we have it for now.

Also picked up a new tortoise yesterday. Got it from my Mom's neighbor. I had no I idea what kind it was when I agreed to take it in. All I knew was that they called it a desert tortoise and that they brought it here from Arizona. Secretly I was hoping for a female Russian, but we rarely get what we wish for. It turns out it is a sulcata. I will be looking for a new home for it in the spring. I don't have the room for a tortoise that will get so big. So if anyone out there wants a sulcata I was told that they had it for about a year. It is about 5.5" long and 560 grams. Here a a couple of pics it is still nervous and shy so it wouldn't stick it's head out for me.
