I've never used Coco Soft Chip, but it appears to be chips of coconut husk. In that case, it's of the same material as coco coir and coco fiber, but made of bigger pieces. That means it would have less surface area, so it would not be as good at creating a humid microclimate as coco coir or fiber. Actually, coco coir is made of even tinier pieces of coconut than coco fiber, so coir would be the best at retaining moisture.
I used the coco fiber and it worked really well. My sullys are pretty smooth and I think the coco fiber is what helped. I must have changed the bedding 40 times before I found something I liked.
I may have misunderstood you, but I thought it sounded like you were going to keep your red foot with your sulcatas and if that is the case I thought I would let you know that it is not a good idea to mix species, different germs. If I misunderstood you, then I am sorry you probably already knew that.
