Well OK... more like half way through and after.
Joe's appetite is definitely back. After a full blown assault on the clematis he has tucked into the food I provide for him. At the time I took this, it is mid afternoon. He has been grazing all day and has already eaten a mound of food twice the size of his shell.
Yes, that is a standard supermarket lettuce that he's half way through. The one next to it is a half-eaten, large, whole Romaine, but they were all I had left in the fridge and he had been glaring at the kitchen door as he does when he's hungry.
The last picture is all that was left of the standard lettuce... the Romaine disappeared completely.
Joe and the clematis. In the hottest weather, Joe snoozes in the shade under it and snacks as he feels like it
Mid assault on the second load of food
The remains!
