Best-Worst-? Valentines gift ever? ! Share!

With that day approaching, i thought it would be fun to share past gift or expereinces people have had. I am not a very romantic person.. dont want much.. hate fancy stuff. no jewerly for me!
So my most memorable?? back in High School my boyfriend gave me a Rosey legged tarantula! She was Very cool! not expected.. shocked at first..but she was neat to watch... My mom threatened to kill her if she ever got out..
The guy and I are still friends to this day.. I asked him once why the gift.. and he said he heard something about giving a tarantuala and what it meant.. but couldnt remember it..
AND he couldnt get me a puppy.. so instead of a 4 legged furry thing.. he went with a 8 legged.. HA!

Well it's not as awesome as a tarantula but my ex got me a mug that has the TARDIS sitting on a residential street on one side and a pic of space on the other...when you fill it with hot tea the TARDIS disappears on the street side and reappears in space. I thought it was pretty freaking cool and I still use it every day!

(oh TARDIS = Dr Who's time traveling phone box)

I think the only valentine's presents I've ever received have been candies and little bears. I used to work as a florist and have very strong feelings about "typical flowers" so I think it has scared all of my past boyfriends off of trying to give me flowers.

In 1990 My wife got me a Strawberry Red 1200 Harley Davidson Sportster .
WOW i was Shocked & Amazed at the same time .
Almost had a cardiac in the Harley Davidson showroom .
Sold the Bike but still got da Wife hanging around .

I love Surge dearly! I've had him since he was a young pup and now he is the "Old Man" in the house at 15 years old.... already outlasted 2 wives! I will miss him when he is gone!

Will be serving quail for dinner and got him a juicer for V day. Actully it's kinda like the bowling ball gift, I ordered wheat grass seeds too - for the tort since I read in another thread it was like tort crack. But seriously he's kind of a health nut.

He gave me a card and a lily plant on the heels of that fabulous poetry though. I thought it was pretty witty, but luckily he had a gift in the wings or else he was gonna have to limp to temple and sleep there
