I just wanted to let you all know, Boulder loves his enclosure. He is all over the place in it. He is eating and basking, using his hides and enjoying the plants Also he used to hate water, but now when I go home I turn the sprinkler on and he loves to hang out in the water, that is a first for him

The outside seems to make the world of difference to a tortoise... Glad he is enjoying the enclosure..

Awesome!!! Very exciting to hear. My torties just love it outside. It makes the world of a difference! Plus it's so much fun to watch them march around like they are big bad torties! So cute!

It took him a couple days, but he is totally adapted now it really is great to see him acting like a grown tort

Great to hear. I notice a big difference in my tortoises outside VS inside. I would love to keep my tortoises outside all summer but isn't always possible.

I am very lucky, living in the desert he should be able to stay out almost all year

When the lid is closed you can't see him and he seems pretty happy in there. That hid is under the roof section, maybe I will add a plant over there to create a more natural shadey area Good idea Laura
