bubbles from nose while soaking

Conrad is waking from being asleep for about 3 weeks. I'm giving him a nice soak and am noticing that bubbles are coming out of his nose, but it's after he's dunked his head. Normal or possibly a respiratory infection? Worried, cause I've only had him a year.... still new to this

It's not unusual to see liquid or bubbles come out the nose after a nice long drink, or when eating something wet. The other end of the nose goes into the roof of the tortoise's mouth, not down his throat. The tortoise drinks through his nose and his mouth at the same time.

Some times I think these guys do things just to watch us panic.
