Bulb Burnt Out

My Russian tortoises basking lamp burnt out today while I was at work or while i was at a friends after work. I am not sure how long it has been out could've been over 12 hrs. I am freaking out. I just put him under a replacement bulb but will he be okay? He never goes that long without basking except when sleeping.

Should be no problem. They have cloudy cool overcast days in the wild too. No big deal.
