Bumped head

I have a person that is on my facebook that got a SulcataTortoise yesterday and some how bumped its head on the cage cover and it hasn't eaten at all or drank any water yet just lays in the basking spot is this something to be concerned with ? Any advice would be nice

It would be best if we could talk to the tortoise keeper themselves. There are too many questions we have to ask to go through a third party. But you are right to be concerned.

In a human it sounds like a concussion...need a vet if nothing changes soon
