Burrowing habits

My tort has been doing this strange burrowing thing and only burrowing his head and upper part of his body and he is not burrowing ver far deep. Like when he burrows i can still see his whole body. Should i be concerned?

No, not really, they often burrow themselves in odd positions.

Most importantly, HE thinks he is burrowed down. They do have their own ideas.
