Burrowing

How long does your russian stay burrowed? Just curious because mine seems to love to burrow in the coconut fiber....he sits in there for hours.

All afternoon and night sometimes! During the day, half burrowed with head sticking out in between the eating and basking. Sounds normal as long as the tort is active daily.

If temps are to hot or to cold.... they can stay burrowed... for days... weeks... even months.... its what they do best...
