Its so big and beautiful that I haven't wanted to cut any thing off of it to feed out. I'm about to plant it in the ground and I might cut off a few pads to start some more in pots. I guess I should see if the torts even like it first, but either way it IS an attractive cactus.

Nice cactus there, I would try some with the torts before you plant a lot of it for food, some cacti they just don't like, though to be honest that does look like tasty cactus.

Its a different species of Opuntia. Opuntia quimilo. Taste test coming up.
