For a eastern hermann's hatchling, is using calcium powder on their food every now and then better or is cuttlebone better? Or both?

Twice a week on the powder should be enough to get it done well for most situations. With the right weedy, leafy diet, you really don't need any calcium supplementation, but that is not always possible to provide.

Cuttle bone does no harm and can offer benefit, so might as well leave some in there.
