Can anyone help sex my RF?

I just got this tortoise this morning from it's previous owner. There are a lot of steps I'll have to take to give it a healthier life. However, I just want to confirm the sex of the tortoise. The owner said it was a male, but based off of pictures of males I'm not so sure. Hoping I could get some help with this! It is 5 years old and has not been given the correct amount of humidity. So has some pyramiding and maybe it's growth was stunted? Not sure.

Right now looking female. However, without proper care, it could be behind. I rescued a leopard that everyone swore was female. Once I got him, neutered his life and gave him rehab, she was actually a he.

Female.
But I currently have a male that was "female" for almost 5 years.
(Because I was wrong and he was a late bloomer)
