CANT DECIDE PLZ HELP!!!

I have had my heart set on a Russian for months now until I found out that sulcatas are a little more enteresting so which one should I choose? And could you please give me some care tips on sulcatas? Thanks

Where are you? Do you have the means and space for a 150 pound eating and pooping machine that can break through walls ad dig 60 meter burrows in your yard? Sulcatas are a great species, but not the best choice for most people.

Nothing wrong with a Russian. The are also very interesting and have great personalities, and they are much easier to manage over the long term.

Russians are pretty cool tortoises I prefer sulcatas but they are not for everyone. They get massive which is totally cool, but only if you have the space. they are active and CANT just sit in a tank or small box. they need space to move and graze and claim as territory.

make a head choice, not just a heart choice. You cant go wrong with starting with a russian either. you'll learn alot.
