With the new lamps I decided to go with the carefresh Timothy hay, 90oz. It was really reasonably priced but I guess all the reviews say "rabbits hate this" but with no rabbits in sight I was planning on switching to this for edible bedding. I already bought it so has anyone used it before? Or if this is a bad idea, can I have a link to a better alternative.. sorry I'm new at this and I just want poor Sheldon to be happy

Hay will mold in humidity and with him peeing and pooping on it not be suitable for eating. How about orchid bark, cypress mulch, or coconut coir? All are safe.
