My tort has been running his mouth like he's eating a leaf... I put him back into his enclosure and he ate some leaves and then went to sleep. I noticed that while he's sleeping he rotated his head and went into his shell really deep. please help me I don't want to lose him is he choking ???

I doubt it.
Give him a warm soak and see how he reacts.
With all your worries about sneezing, choking, hyperactivity, bleeding tail etc, I would take him to the herp vets as soon as possible, just to give yourself peace of mind if nothing else.:)

I kept an eye on him and he is back to normal. Do you know what that was ? Did that happen to your torts?

All sorts of strange behaviour occur in my Tidgy and the other torts I help care for .
Sometimes people panic. i know i do.
Often.
But it's usually nothing.
it just means we care, but caring too much can be stressful for the tortoise if I'm tempted to keep picking it up and worrying it.
Probably just had something on his face or in his mouth, then they rub it.
Sometimes they kind of gnash their mouth and make clicking sounds, especially when eating.
This is stridulation and quite normal but it still terrifies me on the rare occasion that Tidgy does it.

Thank god he seems to be fine now. Sometimes I get so paranoid. Thank you so much, you've calmed me down. I worry too much, I know, I just have to be sure he's ok :)

I don't know.
It could be stridulation but he looks a bit panicked in the second vid, too.
Not certain.

I would say his ichy (maybe the grass under him :)) and just scratches his neck. Nothing to be worried about. That is not how chocking looks like ;)
Thank you so much! I got so paranoid. I'm just an overprotective mom :)
