Clarification on Redfoot diet

I just obtained two Redfoot babies and have read info that confuses me a little.
I completely understand that they should not be overfed.
Can they graze on grasses and baby spring mix throughout they day or should this also be limited?
I appreciate your feedback.

They generally won't eat grasses as such, but there is not much reason to limit foods that are low in calories like most lettuces and leaves. On the other hand, most lettuces are also a little low in calcium and fiber so adding a little of that helps.
