Cleaning dishes and plants

Hi! So I have been cleaning my tortoise cage with the "zoo med wipe out disinfectant" but I'm not sure what to use to clean his dishes, rocks, and fake plants with, thanks!

I only use hot water. A little dish soap if you want. Just be sure to rinse well.
