I just bought my three baby sulcatas a tank, I cleaned it best I can with soap and water (Approved of soap) but there's spot that need real scrubbing and I can't use any more water because it's been moved inside now. My mother says to use Clorox wipes (They have no bleach but I don't know what they DO have) and I don't know if I should or try to find a damp alternative...
Help?

Those clorox wipes work great. I use them in my torts' enclosures all the time. Never had a problem. However, I'm not sure if they're designed for glass, so they might scratch your tank.

Can you use a flat razor (the kind for a box cutter) and simply scrape the spot then wipe it with water?

Vinegar works good.

Mr. Clean's magic eraser (must be dry) works.

Razor blade scrapping.

Dremel buffing/polishing pad.

..just to name a few

Try vinegar and water and scrape it with a straight razor edge (I use the replacement blades they make for box cutters). Be careful using any cleaners because they may contain toxic chemicals such as ammonia.
