Closed chamber

Hey building a closed chamber for my leopard tortoise, and was wondering what a good substrate is, like one that doesn't mold.

Coconut Coir/ Exo Terra Plantation Soil is what I am using in my Sulcata's viv. Keeps humidity up and does not mold.

I've been using an 8:2 mixture of Coconut bark:coco coir for 5 years now...and I'm still on the same batch...no mold...no bugs...no nothing...but thriving tortoises.
