I recently moved my Russians habitat to a different location in my home. This happened maybe a month or two ago. Since the move, his shell seems to be getting darker. How does this happen? And is it a bad thing? Thanks in advance!

New growth tends to come in lighter, and then darkens with time. Might this be the case?

Same lighting. But it's closer to an air vent. I don't know if that would change it.

Well I've had him about a year now. Guess he's growing up on me?
