Colour change

My tort has had some change in colour today with darker patches and white patches on his head and legs
What does this mean?

Picture please. Have you checked temps just to make sure that's all correct?

Yh temps are fine
Pictures aren't great

Can't tell anything in the pics. Be sure any heat source is not too close and possibly burning him. Although, it would most likely burn his shell before limbs. See if you can get better pics that shows the discoloring.
