Have they been kept in fresh or brackish water? They are good swimmers so need a lot of space to swim. Also like to bask so make sure you have a good basking spot. They need a varied diet which can be a combination of prepared food(pellets), live food(fish, shrimp, snails, etc.) and fresh veggies such as spring mix.

They have been kept in fresh water so far, can they be kept in salt water as long as I give them daily FW?

If you repost this in the Water Turtles section more keepers will help you. Besides, this isn't the right place to put it anyways.

If they have been kept in fresh water so far I would recommend keeping them in freshwater as it will likely be easier to maintain, just make sure you keep the water clean as they can be prone to skin infections.

If they have been raised in FW, do not put them in salt water. Continue to keep them in fresh.

I keep my single male in a 75 gallon aquarium with an above tank basking area, which allows me to use 99% of the tank as water volume. I feed him an assortment of things - the occasional bit of greens, fresh fish such as catfish or salmon, scallops, krill pellets, trout pellets, all kinds of things.

I was thinking a section of my saltwater systems refugium would be cool, but if you cannot acclimate them to a different salinity I will make them their own digs.
Thanks for the advise, I am working on a better enclosure tonight, thats a great pic Jonathan!!!

Although they are occasionally found in full sea water, I am sure that it is only due to short forays into deeper water searching for food, and I highly doubt that they could survive long term in full strength sea water. I would strongly suggest a dedicated habitat just for the Diamondbacks.
