Ok. I have dry spots and wet spots in my red food enclosure yet they continue to get bad shell Rot. It seems like I get it cleared up and going away then bam they have it again. What am I doing wrong

Likely you are treating and then when it starts to look good you are backing off of the treatment....

May we see a pic of the shell rot?

For the time being, make a humid hide instead of keeping the whole substrate moist. Then once the rot is cleared up, make your substrate deeper than it is. When you moisten it, pour the water down one corner so it flows across the bottom of the habitat, and not across the top of the substrate. Try to keep the top of the substrate dry.

I actually took them out of their enclosure. They are in small boxes for treatment right now. I can get pics after work hopefully.

Ditto what Yvonne said. Keep it off the top layers by pouring into just the corners for soaking bottom layers. Also, let it heal completely.
