Correct UVB and UVA Wattage?

I am replacing the lights in my RT's enclosure and I am stuck on what is the appropriate UVA/UVB wattage to use. Any recommendations?

There are many ways to do it. There is no single answer for this.

I prefer to use a 65 watt flood bulb on a timer for 12 hours a day for basking, and then run one florescent tube in the 6500K color range for light on the same timer as the basking bulb, and another UV tube on its own timer for 3-4 hours of mid day UV and brightness.
