How much would you pay or what’s the going rate for a 3 year old male Sulcata tortoise?

Sulcatas are usually given away for free. Males can be hard to place.

That's a good lookin' animal. Take a look on kingsnake.com and other reptile classifieds to get an idea. My guess would be around $300, but like Tom said, you can find them for free all the time.
