Ok, so I'm pretty sure I've seen a few posts like this, but i apologize because i am having the hardest time finding any.
Anyways, the indoor enclosure is being put on hold because summer is approaching and Donatello has been eager to get of of the house. But before we jump right in,this time, we are planning every single little detail out first.
a 10ft by 10 ft enclosure for 'grazing'
that's 2- 3 feet deep with a burrow for cooling off n extra soil for digging or in-case he wants to build his own.
and a 'tort house' structure with heat lamps and che ights for warmth for at night or when its a little chilly outside.
we are currently debating on what to use for the water sources. All of this enclosure will probably be raised at
least 6" off the ground.
Anyways for the 'grazing' area i wanted to grow all the grasses n weeds n stuff to ensure he is getting the proper diet and nothing he shouldn't be eating.
What plants n should i grow and where can i get all the seeds at?
I know we're kinda off to a late start. And since Donatello is still pretty small, he probably wont be outside 24/7 at least until he gets bigger.
