Cuddlebone and calcium

Hello,if my Russian tortoise has a cuddlebone does he also need the calcium powder in his food? Also if I put calcium in his food do I need a cuddlebone?

Welcome to the forum!

No to both questions, but I would recommend using a cuttle bone because it allows them to get calcium when they want it, and files their beak.
