Daily activity

[Ida]

I'm a little concerned about my desert tortoise Ms Ida. Heres a picture of her right now 6 PM here in Phoenix Arizona. Past few days shes been staying under the bush, sleeping a lot, she has ate. Does she look okay?

Mines been under brush and such for the last two weeks. Comes out and eats for a couple hours then right back into his little dug out resting spot. Looks fine to me

Also, depending on how long she has been awake now, sometimes they can stay a little sluggish for a few weeks until they really get their metabolism and stuff going after their winter nap

I wouldn't worry. Right now, my CDT is most active early in the morning and then again in the evening.

Ida I to live in Phx and I have 5 DT 's and 2or 3 are real active now for about 3 weeks but in 3 weeks I've only Sean the other 2 twice in 3 weeks
