Dear Daisy,
Jacky has her checkup tomorrow and the two of us shall be thinking of you at the vets. I give Jacky an extra cuddle to remember you every time we say good morning or good night before we go through our list of family and friends.

Good afternoon Daisy!
We are on our way to see the person that likes to poke tortoises and this morning I had a bright idea
. After the latest drowning session Natrah gave me breakfast complete with supplements. Yes supplements which includes turmeric ! This is the bright yellowish powder used in oriental cooking. Anyway after eating I decided to use the food bowl as a basking table and cover my paws in turmeric because I knew that the vet would have to handle me!

We are on our way home. The person who likes to poke tortoises told Natrah that my weight was fine before she gave me a blood test. The results will be known on Wednesday but meanwhile I can't understand why Natrah needs to explain why I might be a bit yellow or apologize for the presents I let them find.

In another thread I described Jacky as missing but the correct word is that she was and is grieving for you just like me. I have been thinking of you as Jacky approaches 90 on the 19th October and she goes into hibernation and then of course your anniversary on the 17th November.

A Bitter sweet day, for sure. Time to have something with strawberries to share with Jacky, and leave a portion out for Daisy . This part of the year is bitter sweet for me too. Losing my dear Penny on the 13, and my Shadow girl Just before Halloween on the 28th. We don't forget the love they gave, but miss them badly.

I like that they are all together now with little Gary
and they are all looking down on us. Whenever I feed Jacky I always put enough food out and as if there are too tortoises. It makes it easier for me and Jacky can eat as much as she wants. I must admit that I had a break in between pupils this afternoon and I looked at my watch which said 3.05 pm and I did think of Daisy but they're all looking over us now Goodnight
