Dark coloured urine

Hello everyone, tonight my sulcata tortoise was bubbling at the mouth and nose, and released some dark-coloured urine a few minutes later. He recovered from an Upper Respiratory Infection a few months ago. Is this something I should be worried about? I’m soaking him right now.

Bubbling at the mouth and nose isnt normal.
Could he be overheating?
Could he have eaten anything poisonous?
All I have are guesses.
Is he ok now?

Hi! I gave him a soak for about 30 minutes last night and he seemed fine after that! I’m guessing it might be because of dehydration so I will try to give him daily soaks from now on. Thanks for replying!
