I would just feed her the right things, and wait. Be sure to feed mostly weeds, and very few grocery store foods. If the diarrhea doesn’t go away in a week or two, I would have her checked for parasites.

They probably can be, which is why you need to quarantine before putting them with other tortoises.

Spinach shouldn’t be fed. Feed weeds like dandelion, henbit, hawksbeard, etc.

Stands to reason if you feed watery items (lettuce and watercress), he's going to have watery poop. Try offering other weeds, more fiber.
