Different types of cacti pads

I'm looking on ebay to get some spineless cactus pads shipped to me for my sulcacta. The eBay seller has so many different types of spineless pads, are spineless pads in general okay for torts?

He has cinnamon, bunny ears, different flower types, white and eastern.

All cactus are eatable. When I say this I am referring to all of New World origin ( some plants called cactus are not cactus).
