Do Russians only mate with other Russians?
Do RFs only mate with other RFs?

Or are they like dogs and the "breed" doesnt matter?

Ive seen on Craigslist where they advertise "hybrid torts" ive seen one where they are part RF and part YF. Is that possible?

There are no 'breeds' in tortoises, only species and sub species. Whereas all dogs are canine species. There are instances of interbreeding between two species, but most of us frown on it, preferring to keep the species pure.
