Dried Sphagnum Moss

While I was feeding the torts, some Sphagnum moss found its way to the feeding rock I use, and of course they happily munched on it as if it were lettuce. I just need to know if this is harmful for them.

A little wouldnt be harmful but if they were eating ALOT could plug them up
